Brand new miner machines usually would be at 6/12 months from manufacturer. Usually btc miners are in 12 months warranty,another crypto miners are in 6 months warranty.Any other special cases are depending on manufacturer.And there are SN number on every miners for tracking warranty time.

Repair

If any machine defects during the warranty period, please consult our corresponding sales representative. We will respond promptly to provide technical support and guidance.

Refund

All items are non-refundable and orders not cancelable. (Except in the case of out of stock or the miner price increase before/at the time of payment arrival in our account,eg.bank transfer takes 2-3 working days to arrive,the miner price change during the days)
