Note: 3*1.0mm² or 3*1.5mm² splitter cable power cord can keep the miner running normally. If you have higher requirements for the quality of the power cord, you can choose a 3*1.5mm² splitter wire diameter cable.

Precautions:
1. Avoid direct pressing of heavy objects on the wire, causing damage to the power cord and short-circuiting the wire;

Brand new miner machines usually would be at 6/12 months from manufacturer. Usually btc miners are in 12 months warranty,another crypto miners are in 6 months warranty.Any other special cases are depending on manufacturer.And there are SN number on every miners for tracking warranty time.

If any machine defects during the warranty period, please consult our corresponding sales representative. We will respond promptly to provide technical support and guidance.

Refund
